A “Day-of” coordinator is for brides and grooms who want to do most of the planning themselves, but when their wedding day arrives, they need a professional to execute all of their hard work. We are there to relieve your stress and ensure your day runs smoothly.

45 DAYS PRIOR - Day of Services start 45 days prior to your wedding. As your caterer, we start when you book with us by helping you craft your menu to your budget and walk you through picking out your rental needs. A month and a half before the wedding we will start helping you with coordination services.

Partial planning services will begin when you book planning services with us but will be more concentrated within the three months leading up to your big day.

FROM INITIAL BOOKING – if you are still in the process of booking your vendors, we will make recommendations based on our experience and help steer you in the right direction. Additionally, we will go over time management and a checklist to keep you on track throughout your planning process.

THREE MONTHS PRIOR - we will help you with a design meeting in person or over the phone, start your timeline, floor plan and layouts for your wedding. Additionally, we will craft a seating chart to help you with table assignments when your RSVPs start arriving.
