Your Big Day!

We’re getting close, let us help guide you towards wrapping up your final details:

Have you scheduled your final walk-through?

As your full-service catering company, we’re dedicated to ensuring every detail of your vision comes to life. A venue walk-through is a key step in understanding your goals for the big day. Using your Shared Document, we’ll finalize details such as ceremony chair setup, bar locations, and guest seating assignments. With our team handling setup, the more detailed information we have, the smoother the process will be. This is also the perfect time to address any missing décor items, like a cake stand, to ensure everything is ready.

Have you made all of your final menu choices?

Please review your event portal to finalize menu details like sauce choices and beverage selections. Take this opportunity to revisit appetizers, salads, and entrées, and notify your coordinator of any changes by 30 days before your event. Many menu items can accommodate dietary needs, such as gluten-free or vegan options. This is also the perfect time to upgrade your beverage package or add specialty cocktails—ask your coordinator for available options!

Have you filled out your shared document?

We provide this document to keep everyone aligned as we finalize details. Early on, we recommend filling it with your initial ideas, knowing plans may evolve. As your big day approaches, please review the "layout," "menu," and, if applicable, "decor" tabs to ensure all information is accurate. Let us know if you have any questions—we’re happy to clarify or confirm details as needed!

Have you received all of your RSVP’s?

Once you’ve received all RSVPs, it’s time to organize your table assignments. For guidance on table capacity, ask your coordinator or refer to the "Sample Table Assignments" tab in your shared document. This tab outlines how to provide guest names, meal choices (if applicable), and dietary restrictions. Be sure to note any children under 12, high chair needs, or wheelchair access to assist with layout planning and dinner service.

Have you finalized your rental order?

We want to ensure you're happy with your selections and avoid duplicate rentals if you're using additional vendors. Share your vision with us—for example, if you need an easel for a table assignment sign, we can add it to your rental order. Using details from your walk-through and table assignments, we’ll finalize your rental order and send the final contracts for review before your payment is due 7 days prior to your event.
